Tai Chi Easy was created by Dr. Roger Jahnke, Doctor of oriental medicine, Dr. Roger Jahnke spent over 25 years mastering and studying different forms of Tai Chi/Qigong and other mind and body practice, He then developed a modified version he named Tai Chi Easy that is highly adaptable, so that with regular practice -results can be beneficial to people of any age, physical condition and/or health or state of mind.
How is it Easy?
Tai Chi Easy can be done sitting, standing, in a wheel chair or even be practiced in bed. Tai Chi Easy consists of Gentle Movements, Breath Practices and Mind Practices such as Relaxation, Visualization or Mediation.
