    1. Hi Susan,
When I work with someone for weight loss I customize a diet for each person that includes removing the “bad” foods and introducing a lifestyle diet change that will be easy for that particular individual to follow and lose weight. At the same time they are improving their health with good foods and smart choices when it comes to what to eat, how much to eat and when to eat it.

Thanks for your interest and feel free to contact me if you want further information.

  1. Hello,
What would you recommend for waking up in the middle of the night and not be able to go back to sleep?

    1. Hi Judy,
There are several reasons one may wake up and not be able to go back to sleep. If it is a matter of stress in your life and your mind starts working when you wake up and that keeps you from falling asleep, a good calming or sedative herb may be helpful to “turn off” your brain. There are other options if that does not work. If the reason you cannot fall back to sleep is that you feel wide awake and not tired, melatonin before you go to bed may be helpful.

    1. Hello,
For nail fungus I would keep the nail trimmed down and cleaned. Treat it with tea tree oil. Treat the toes around it as well. The trick with nail fungus is being consistent. Fungus likes a moist & dark environment. Summer is a great time to work on getting rid of the nail fungus as you can keep your toes exposed to the sunlight and air. Other strong anti-fungals are garlic & oregano oil. Remember to keep them as trimmed back and cleaned out as you can.

We carry these products at Willow Health Food & Wellness Center
